On April 27, 2023, the Academy of World Healing Foundation (AWH) assisted Joel Hermoso, a 40 years old electrician of Barangay Marahan 2, Alfonso, Cavite who was electrocuted by a live wire at the main road wire while holding a steel bar.
Former Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) Chairman Carol sought the assistance of AWH. Raymund (General Manager of AWH) visited him at the Tagaytay Medical Center and gave him financial assistance. Joel, his siblings and Carol truly appreciated it that would be spent for his medicines and supplements.
He will be relocated to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) in Manila that offers lower cost treatments to the majority of people in the Philippines who struggle with low income.
