HOUSE WITH NO STEPS (PWD ORPHANAGE) - FEBRUARY 2014


Many guests from Japan who came for their own healing participated to visit a special orphanage in town. House with No Steps Foundation has 11 orphans but they are severely handicapped. They are life time bed ridden due to polio, cerebral palsy, etc. When they are confined they are young but now they have grown up to 30's and 40's. The facility is not accepting new orphans due to its limitation in space and labor.
The local DSWD (Department of Social Welfare Development) is also supporting this orphanage. AWH guests donated sacks of rice and talked to every single ones (they call the handicapped orphans "angeles").
